The Columbus Blue Jackets activated captain Boone Jenner and fellow forward Kirill Marchenko off injured reserve on Friday.
Jenner, 31, has missed the team's first 56 games of the season after sustaining a shoulder injury on Oct. 4. He underwent surgery five days later.
Jenner is the franchise's all-time leader in games played (715) and ranks third in goals (192) and points (364).
Named the seventh captain franchise in history on Oct. 12, 2021, Jenner was selected by Columbus in the second round of the 2011 NHL Draft.
Marchenko, 24, has missed the team's past three contests after undergoing surgery for a broken jaw sustained at Dallas on Feb. 2. He has a team-leading 21 goals to go along with career-high totals in assists (34) and points (55) as well as an NHL high-tying plus-31 rating in 53 games this season.
Also on Friday, the Blue Jackets announced forwards Kevin Labanc and Owen Sillinger will miss the rest of the season due to their respective injuries.
Labanc, 29, collected 12 points (two goals, 10 assists) in 34 games this season. He was placed on injured reserve after undergoing shoulder surgery on Tuesday.
Sillinger, 27, had two penalty minutes in his lone game with the Blue Jackets this season. He will miss the remainder of the season with a knee injury.
